Windows7It has been leaked that today, Microsoft will be going over where they are with Windows 7, as it related to development.  They are also suppose to be relating how this development may be changing as they work towards changes in the structure to allow better cloud computing.

Since both Google with the T-mobile G1android phone, and Apple who already have a solid stucture to their MobileMe platform, Microsoft will need to strongly rely on both their existing install base to get back in the game.  Will they ever learn that they need to be on the forefront?  We will have to see.
